Natalie Portman: Mark Wahlberg Is Sorry For 9/11 Comments

Mark Wahlberg is back-pedaling this afternoon, apologizing because the comments he made during ~y interview with Men’s Journal concerning 9/11, claiming he would’ve landed the plain safely had he been on entertainment. He tells TMZ he’s extremely sorry:

“To suggest I would take done anything differently than the passengers adhering that plane was irresponsible. “To trade about such a situation is risible to begin with. I deeply apologize to the families of the victims that my answer came off as insensitive, it was certainly not my design.”

Mark’s initial comments to Men’s Journal allowing that you missed it this morning:

“If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn’t require went down like it did. There would be in possession of been a lot of blood in that rudimentary-class cabin and then me speech, ‘OK, we’re going to disembark somewhere safely, don’t worry.’”

Do you intend Mark needed to apologize for the comments?

Yes, I imagine he needed to. It was a indeed insensitive thing for him to have said. He made it sound like the the million on that plane just sat back and didn’t try anything at quite, and I’m sure that wasn’t the action. It was pretty dumb of him to utter.
